Your Responsibilities
  • Handle order processing in LOG by assuring orders/ shipping quantities match picking documents through careful audit, assist to resolve variances
  • Evaluate needs with shipping points, services, weights & freight permits, and other information needed
  • Report breakage or shortage, packaging omissions and other forms of defective goods occurred during cargo receipt or delivery, and seek for corresponding solution
  • Initiate, answer & document tracer inquiries when requested via email and/or fax
  • Responsible for correct goods receipt posting and goods issue posting in the company´s ERP-system
  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of delivery notes and invoices
  • Manage customs clearance and import- and export declarations
  • Analyse and solve logistics and delivery problems in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents by strict adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Monitor the compliance with delivery dates and quantities
  • Coordinate shipments with all relevant departments and stakeholders compliant with applicable processes
  • Lead and/or participate in local, cross-location/ global LOG- and cross-department projects of various scale
  • Facilitate communication, alignment and processes optimization across departments and locations
Your Profile
  • Good knowledge of logistics processes and procedures in a global supply chain structure
  • Able to work with overseas customer & factories
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, ERP system experience
  • Knowledge in Tradelink
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Able to work effectively under time pressure and deadline driven within a fast-paced, dynamic and customer-oriented environment
  • Superior in organization and priority setting, efficient with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Able to work independently and as a team with a pro-active, self-motivated, diligent and responsible manner
  • 1-2 years of work experience in logistics for international customers (B2B)
  • Diploma or above in logistics or related field is preferred
