Your Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business in target markets in alignment with strategic goals of Sales department
  • Take ownership to drive new projects from RFQ stage to mass production
  • Enhance Sales performance measured by sales forecast achievement, turnover growth, NPI quantity
  • Understand and account for quotation calculations, negotiate with customers to achieve target price for project acquisition
  • Manage customer relationship proactively through generating target-oriented solutions, project support and prompt response
  • Conduct frequent field travels to customers, attend customer factory audits, attend fairs and congresses to generate new “leads”
Your Profile:
  • Profound sales and technical expertise in printed circuit board industry
  • Local market knowledge and ideally a customer base of contacts in one or more of the listed countries
  • Have successful track records in developing new business opportunities
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and one additional local language
  • Highly self-motivated, ambitious, eager to grow in a dynamic organization
  • Able to work independently and have good communication skills and leadership skills
  • Self-employed/contractor/commission-based agent also welcome
